Here's a summary of the most frequent questions we receive:
Rental Period
- Standard rental period is 24–48 hours.
- Pickup and return take place at the business location only.
- Pickup and return times must be scheduled in advance.
Pickup & Return
- Customer is responsible for loading and unloading all rental items.
- Delivery is Available for additional cost
- All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- If items are returned wet, dirty, damaged, or missing pieces, fees will apply.
Condition & Care
- Normal wear is acceptable; however:
- No rips, stains, mold, smoke odor, candle wax, or water damage.
- No permanent alterations, gluing, taping, painting, or marking of any kind.
- Items should be stored and used indoors or under cover unless specified for outdoor use.
Weather Policy
- Customer assumes responsibility for weather-related damage if items are used outdoors without proper cover.
- Items must be protected from rain, mud, extreme heat, moisture, and beach sand.
Cleaning Terms
- Cleaning fee applies for:
- Food residue
- Wax
- Glitter
- Gum/adhesive
- Smoke odor
- Excess dirt or sand
- Cleaning fee range: $10–$50 per item depending on condition.
Payment & Deposits
- Full rental payment is due at the time of reservation.
- A refundable security/damage deposit may be required depending on items rented.
- Deposit will be released once items are inspected and approved on return.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7+ days before event receive full refund.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before event receive 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Late Returns
- A late fee applies if items are not returned by the scheduled time.
- Late fees:
- $25 flat fee per day or 10% of the rental total per day, whichever is greater.
- After 3 days late, full replacement cost will be charged.
Damage & Loss Terms
- Customer is financially responsible for:
- Broken items
- Torn linens
- Bent or dented equipment
- Missing pieces
- Irreversible stains (grease, wine, paint, ink, candle wax, etc.)
- Replacement fees reflect full retail value of the item.
